If you need to scan large sheet film or obtain the maximum resolution and dynamic range from your rolls, you'd better try our ScanView ScanMate 5000 drum scanner.
The process is almost entirely manual and is done one frame at a time, the maximum scan surface is 20x30cm (roughly 7.8"x11.8"), resolving up to 5000 DPI and a 12 bits color depth.

Pinguino

An entire roll in a single huge file

With our ScanView ScanMate F6 (friendly called Il Pinguino, penguin in Italian) we can make digital contact sheets of entire rolls at 600 DPI resolution for every film format at just 4€. We can also scan entire 120 rolls in a single big file at 16-bit color depth
You will get an appealing scan that recalls the ancient contact sheets, you will also obtain a smoother contrast (as compared to our Fuji SP3000) and the edges of the film will be scanned as well.
